Order Changes / Cancelations

If your order has yet to be dispatched, feel free to reach out to us at support@moctho.com, and we'll gladly accommodate any cancellations or modifications to your order.
For orders already in transit, kindly follow our returns procedure.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Should the order be canceled or remain unclaimed at customs, resulting in its return to our warehouse, Moctho will incur charges for both outbound and inbound shipments, as well as warehousing and processing expenses. Consequently, only a partial refund will be granted, with the mentioned costs deducted.
