About processing time:
All orders originate from our fulfillment center located in An Tan, Gia Tan, Gia Loc, Hai Duong 170000, Vietnam. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in the United States. Orders labeled as "awaiting fulfillment" are currently being processed by our warehouse team and will be shipped promptly. Presently, our processing and fulfillment time spans up to 3 - 5 business days.
Upon fulfillment of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please be aware that there might be a slight delay between the shipment of your order and the receipt of the shipping confirmation email, typically lasting up to 2 business days. To expedite processing, items within your order may be shipped separately, resulting in multiple tracking numbers. Please note that some tracking numbers may take up to 5 business days to update.
During holidays and peak shipping seasons, tracking numbers may take longer to update with the carrier, a circumstance beyond our control. While we strive to deliver your order as swiftly as possible, delays in order processing may occur, and we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. We sincerely appreciate your support and patience during this time.
International shipments may experience delays in customs processing and delivery. For further information, please refer below.

Shipping times vary based on your location:
For 48 contiguous United States of America: 5-7 Business Days (Express), 9-15 Business Days (Standard).
- If you reside outside the contiguous United States, such as Alaska and Hawaii, shipping may take approximately 12-20 business days.
- Deliveries to Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands may take 12-20 business days.
- Shipments to PO Boxes typically require 9-15 business days for delivery.
- For APO, FPO, and U.S Territories, please allow approximately 45 days for shipping. Please note that these shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Refer to our Terms of Service for further details.
International:
For orders shipping internationally, processing and shipping generally take 12-15 business days.
Express and Standard Shipping:
We offer both express and standard shipping options to various regions:
- Canada: 5-9 Business Days (Express), 12-15 Business Days (Standard)
- Europe: 5-10 Business Days (Express), 12-15 Business Days (Standard)
- UK: 5-10 Business Days (Express), 12-15 Business Days (Standard)
- Other countries: 7-12 Business Days (Express), 15-25 Business Days (Standard)
Please note that normally, you will paid $20 - $30 additional for choosing Express Shipping
About tracking issues/Returned shipments:
If your tracking information is active (displaying as in transit, delayed, etc.) and you require further details regarding the status of your order, we suggest reaching out directly to the carrier.

About returned shipments:
Occasionally, an order may be returned to us for various reasons, including:
- Incorrectly entered or formatted address during checkout.
- Failure to collect the order within the designated timeframe.
- Unpaid additional duties, taxes, or customs fees.
Once the items within your order are returned to our warehouse, you will receive a refund. Please note that we are unable to resend the order and cannot refund the original shipping charges, except in cases where the order is returned due to an error on our part.
