Our Map Making Process

The process consists of 6 steps

1 - RENDERING PHASE - ORIENTED

Our skilled team meticulously crafts the maps, focusing on every detail to ensure top-notch quality.

2 - MANUFACTURING AND ASSEMBLY

The finalized map moves to our specialized shop for manufacturing and assembly. We utilize state-of-the-art laser cutters to shape the maps from Baltic Birch wood.

3 - LASER ETCHING - FINE DETAILS

Using advanced laser etching technology, we add intricate details as per the earlier rendering. Please note that customization options are predetermined at this stage.

4 - STAINING AND HAND ASSEMBLY

After laser etching, the wood undergoes a staining process, giving it a beautiful deep hue. Our artisans then hand-assemble each map with precision.

5 - OPTIONAL SOLID WOOD FRAMING

To enhance both elegance and durability, the majority of maps are encased within frames crafted from solid wood

6 - FINALIZATION - QUALITY CHECK

Each map undergoes a meticulous quality check before distribution to ensure it meets our high standards.
