Should the order be canceled or remain unclaimed at customs, resulting in its return to our warehouse, Moc Tho will incur charges for both outbound and inbound shipments, as well as warehousing and processing expenses. Consequently, only a partial refund will be granted, with the mentioned costs deducted.
